Cathy M. Lyttle joined Worthington Industries in January of 1999 as vice president of corporate communications. Lyttle is responsible for internal and external communications, government relations, marketing and corporate contributions for Worthington Industries.
Before heading up the communications department for Worthington, she was vice president of JMAC Hockey, LLC, where she assisted in the startup operations of the Columbus Blue Jackets, the National Hockey League's expansion franchise.
Prior to her JMAC position, Lyttle was vice president of marketing for the Greater Columbus Chamber of Commerce. In addition, she was the assignment editor for WBNS-TV in Columbus and worked as a news reporter and anchor at WTVN-Radio in Columbus.
Lyttle is active in a number of local organizations, serving on the board of Friends of Franklin Park Conservatory and as secretary for the Columbus Blue Jackets Foundation. She is also chair of the Columbus Baseball Team, Inc., vice chair of Partners for Citizenship and Character of Worthington School District and a member of the board of LifeCare Alliance and Worthington Arts Council. Lyttle is director of the Worthington Industries Foundation and a member of Worthington's PAC board.
Lyttle is married and has a son.
She is a graduate of Eastern Kentucky University.
