Worthington Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Aug. 19, 2004--The board of directors of Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE:WOR) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.16 per share, payable on September 29, 2004, to shareholders of record September 15, 2004. This marks the 147th consecutive quarter that Worthington has paid a dividend since it became a public company in 1968.
