Worthington Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Nov. 17, 2005--The board of directors of Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE:WOR) today declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on December 29, 2005, to shareholders of record December 15, 2005. This marks the 152nd consecutive quarter that Worthington has paid a dividend since it became a public company in 1968.
