Worthington Industries Declares Quarterly Dividend

COLUMBUS, Ohio--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Mar. 2, 2009-- After reviewing relevant factors, effective March 2, 2009, the board of directors of Worthington Industries (NYSE: WOR) declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.17 per share, payable on March 29, 2009, to shareholders of record March 15, 2009. This payment marks the 165th consecutive quarter that Worthington has paid a dividend since it became a public company in 1968. The board of directors will evaluate all relevant factors each quarter and make a decision regarding the sustainability of the dividend.
