Conference Call on Dietrich-ClarkWestern JV and Related MISA Metals Acquisition

Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE:WOR) will hold a conference call today, Tuesday, February 22, 2011 at 11:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time. The company will discuss the pending joint venture between Dietrich Metal Framing and ClarkWestern Building Systems, as well as Worthington's agreement to acquire some of the steel processing assets of MISA Metals, which was announced earlier this morning.
