Worthington Industries Introduces Beverage Carbonation Cylinders


COLUMBUS, OH -- (Marketwired) -- 09/13/16 -- Worthington Industries, Inc. (NYSE: WOR) today announced an expansion of its cryogenic technology portfolio, with a proprietary-designed beverage carbonation cylinder for industrial gas markets.

Worthington is introducing a 500-pound beverage carbonation cylinder for use in the food and beverage markets, including restaurants, bars, movie theaters and stadiums. Cryogenic beverage carbonation cylinders are a preferred storage option for high-volume carbon dioxide users.

Worthington's beverage carbonation cylinders feature the Company's unique user interface with easy-access valves and the industry's first liquid cylinder vacuum sensor and digital reader. The cylinders are certified to ASME and available now for distribution in the U.S and Mexico. Worthington cryogenic beverage carbonation cylinders are made in Westerville, Ohio, USA.
